BJJ for 9 to 13 Year Olds
Kids 2 is our class for older children. Classes are more technical, with positional sparring and a pathway towards competition for those who want it. Children build on the basics, learn how techniques link together and get plenty of time to put them into practice with their training partners.
- More detailed technique and how moves link together
- Positional sparring under the watchful eyes of our coaches
- A pathway towards competition for those who want it
- Confidence, focus and resilience on and off the mat
Kids 2 train at 17:30 Monday to Thursday, on Mats 1 & 2, after the 16:45 Tots and Kids 1 classes.
