BJJ for 6 to 8 Year Olds
Kids 1 is where children start learning proper Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Classes cover fundamental positions, escapes and takedowns, with games and drilling that keep children engaged. There is plenty of energy in the room, but also structure, so children learn to listen, wait their turn and look after their training partners.
- Fundamental positions, escapes and takedowns
- Games and drilling that make learning fun
- Listening, patience, respect and self-control
- Parents welcome to watch from the seating area
